Denmark Study Abroad

In the summer of 2018 I was part of a four-week exploration seminar in Copenhagen, Denmark called The Copenhagen Classroom. The focus of this program was to study the immigration issue in Denmark through a new lens each of the four weeks. The four lenses were through Danish Literature, Architecture, Film, and Policy. We used the city of Copenhagen as our classroom as we dove into each subject, meeting with politicians, authors, poets, architects, and more professionals working on/with immigration first hand. On top of these studies, I took an introductory Danish language course at the University of Copenhagen with students from all over the world. The Copenhagen Classroom was a very hands on and first person view at the subject we were studying and living in such a green and progressive city was eye opening and inspiring to me. Find photos of my trip on the page titled "Study Abroad Photos."
